Vulpy Commerce ships in three tiers: Core, paid add-on packs, and Pro. This page explains what each edition includes and how to choose the right one for your shop.
This repository is the Pro edition. It includes everything in Core plus Pro capabilities and both add-on packs by default.

Core

Free edition. Includes the full store plus Fox, the AI shop operator:
  • Full storefront and Medusa backend
  • Fox with the Vulpy WebUI (welcome, side panel, environment context, environment actions, profile switcher, and core shell)
  • Guided missions for onboarding and ongoing tasks
  • Self-hosted Matomo analytics support

Starter + Multi-Agent Packs

Paid add-ons that install on top of Core or Pro:
  • Starter Pack: advanced search, account area, enhanced email, colour swatches, and finish facets
  • Multi-Agent Pack: multiple agent profiles for different roles and workflows
  • Both packs are resolved by default when you run Pro

Pro

Commercial edition. Everything in Core plus:
  • Payload product and category editorial
  • Server install automation
  • B2B and quote workflows
  • Both Starter Pack and Multi-Agent Pack included by default
Ask Fox which edition you’re on. Fox reads your env and lockfile and tells you exactly which packs are installed.Try prompts like:
  • “Which edition am I running?”
  • “Which pack adds the account area?”
  • “What would I get if I added the Multi-Agent Pack?”

B2B price gating

To hide prices from visitors who are not logged in, set the following environment variable before building the storefront image:
After changing this flag, rebuild the storefront. The setting is baked at build time.
